Return Conditions

  You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Product Condition
  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received. All accessories, original packaging, and internal labels must remain intact.
• Proof of Purchase
  Your order number is required to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale items.
• Personalized products.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact us at support@boablanca.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.
• Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. At this time, we do not include a prepaid return label.
• If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
